You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to upload and use any User Content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Misuse AI tools to generate deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.

6. AI-Generated Content

Shadow Cut AI uses artificial intelligence to generate and modify video content.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use
We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation tools

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may require paid subscriptions.

By subscribing, you agree that:

Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Payments are processed through third-party providers
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Return & Refund Policy – Shadow Cut AI

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Shadow Cut AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including subscriptions, credit packs, and any digital AI video generation services offered on our platform (the “Services”).

By purchasing or using Shadow Cut AI, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Services & Non-Returnable Nature

Shadow Cut AI provides digital, AI-generated video creation services. Because these services are delivered instantly and involve non-tangible digital processing:

All purchases are final and non-returnable
Once a subscription is activated or credits are issued, they are considered consumed digital services
We do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense for digital products

2. Refund Eligibility

We maintain a strict but fair refund policy. Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

A. Technical Errors

You were charged but:

The Service failed to activate, OR
You were unable to access core features due to a verified system error on our side

B. Duplicate Charges

You were billed more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

C. Non-Delivery of Service

The purchased subscription or credits were not delivered to your account after payment confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated video results
Failure to use the Service or credits
Subscription time already used (fully or partially)
Accidental purchases not reported outside the refund window
Lack of understanding of features prior to purchase
Cancellation after billing has occurred

Because Shadow Cut AI incurs real-time computational costs to generate content, usage-based services cannot be reversed once processed.

4. Subscription Billing

If you purchase a subscription:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
You may cancel at any time through your account settings
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period
You retain access until the end of the paid period

5. Credit Packs (If Applicable)

If Shadow Cut AI offers credit-based usage:

Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase
Once credits are used, they are non-refundable
Unused credits may only be eligible for refund within a limited window (if applicable), provided they have not been consumed

6. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of purchase (depending on payment processor rules or applicable law).

Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.
